Xtraky

Support

Email support@xtraky.com and a person will read it. There is no ticket system and no bot — it is a small product, so please include what you were doing and what happened.

Xtraky is built by ASAR Apps LLC, alongside Triprovo and Unexpiration.

I cannot sign in

Use Forgotten it? on the sign-in screen. We email a link that works once and expires in an hour. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the spam folder, then confirm you are using the address you signed up with — the reset page says the same thing whether or not an account exists, deliberately, so that nobody can use it to discover who is registered.

Requesting a second link cancels the first, so if two are sitting in your inbox, only the newest one will work.

Why will it not connect to my exchange?

Because it never will. Xtraky has no exchange, wallet or bank integration — there are no API keys to create and no tokens to hand over. You enter what you own, and everything else is worked out from that.

The trade is real: adding a transaction is manual. What you get for it is that nothing can be traded on your behalf, and a leak of our database cannot cost you an exchange account.

My numbers look wrong

Almost always this is a transaction with no purchase price recorded. A holding that arrived without a price has a cost basis of nothing, so its entire value reads as profit. Those rows show a dash rather than a figure in the P&L column — open the transaction and add what you paid, and every total that depends on it corrects itself.

The Reports page lists anything else that does not add up: a sale with no matching purchase, a holding the price feed does not cover, a date that cannot be right. Those findings sit above the totals because they change what the totals mean.

Why is my chart empty?

The chart is built from a daily record of what your holdings were worth, so a brand new account has one day and cannot draw a line through it. It fills in from the day of your first transaction and grows daily.

If a transaction has no recorded price, the days around it cannot be valued and are left out rather than guessed at.

Notifications and widgets

Turn notifications on in Profile, then choose what is worth being told about under What to notify me about: a large move at a threshold you pick, a single asset moving sharply, a daily summary or a weekly recap. At most one arrives per day, whichever matters most.

Widgets live in the usual place — press and hold the home screen, tap +, and search for Xtraky. For the lock screen, press and hold it, tap Customise, then the box below the clock. Open the app once after installing so there is something for the widget to show.

Getting your data out

Reports exports disposals, movements and income as CSV, written in the clear so another application can read them. Nothing is uploaded — the file is handed to you by your browser.

Deleting your account

Profile → Delete account, on the web or in the app. It asks for your password, then removes the account and everything in it — transactions, accounts, price history, notification registrations — and there is no way back. It is immediate and it is permanent.

Anything else

Write to support@xtraky.com. Bugs are welcome and so is a blunt opinion about something that is wrong.

Our privacy policy says what is stored, what we can read, and what is shared.

Xtraky records what you own and reports what it is worth. It does not give financial advice and does not execute trades.
